By downloading or using Oyomap, you agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these supplemental Terms of Use. If they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls to the extent required.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Oyomap for another person or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. License and ownership
Subject to these terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Oyomap on Apple-branded devices you own or control as permitted by Apple's usage rules. Oyomap and its software, design, trademarks, and other materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in photos, videos, captions, and other content you use with Oyomap. You are responsible for having permission to use that content and for respecting privacy, copyright, publicity, and other rights. Local processing by the app does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
4. Oyo Pro subscriptions
- Oyo Pro may be offered as quarterly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Available products, prices, billing periods, trials, and offers are shown by Apple before purchase and may vary by storefront.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through Apple before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Oyomap does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple controls billing, eligibility for introductory offers, taxes, refunds, and restoration. Refund requests must be made through Apple.
- Paid features may change over time, but we will not intentionally remove access already required by applicable law or Apple's rules.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Oyomap, attempt to disrupt or bypass its security or purchase controls, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, use it to violate another person's rights, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
6. Third-party and Apple services
Oyomap relies on Apple services such as Photos, MapKit, geocoding, iCloud media delivery, and StoreKit, and on limited third-party services described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and terms are controlled by those providers. Maps, place names, and automatically generated classifications may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon for navigation, safety, or emergencies.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that every feature, media item, map tile, or third-party service will always be available. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date; material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oyomap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from Oyomap. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Apple's Standard EULA provides additional terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using Oyomap at any time. Your license may terminate if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.
